Brazzera

Brazzera was a type of ship in the Adriatic , used by Venice and the Dalmatian coastal areas as a cargo ship and fishing boat . The ship type was used until the 19th century and had a load capacity of about 80 tons. The sails consisted of a mast with a rectangular half-frame sail . Jibs were not used. The ship could also be rowed. The crew consisted of four to six men.
