The house at Brechtstraße 3 is a listed building in the city of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

The building is located north of the historic Quedlinburg city center. It is registered in the Quedlinburg monument register as a residential building. The building, which is also listed, is adjacent to Brechtstrasse 4 to the northeast . Numbers 3 and 4 are counterparts to each other.

Architecture and history

The residential house, built in a villa-like style, was built in 1909 in massive construction. There is a booth bay on the street side of the building . A gable is placed above the bay window . The facade is decorated with different plaster elements. Stylistically, the building shows late Art Nouveau forms with neoclassical echoes.
