Broad education

Broad education refers to training in first aid for everyone. The aid organizations have made it their goal to train the general public in first aid skills in order to bridge the time until the rescue service or the emergency doctor arrives ( aid period ) in a medical emergency situation and to provide adequate help to the person concerned. This includes securing vital functions , fighting a shock , correctly making an emergency call , etc.
