Brian Castaño
Brian Castaño (* 2. September 1989 in Buenos Aires , Argentina , as Brian Carlos Castaño ) is an Argentine boxer in the light middleweight and current unbeaten world champion of the WBA .
Professional career
In 2012 Castaño made his debut with two knockout victories .
Against Emmanuel de Jesus (match record 17-1-0) he competed for the WBA interim world title on November 26, 2016 and won in the sixth round by classic knockout. At the beginning of July 2017, Castaño defended this belt through a split judge's decision Michel Soro (match record 30-1-1).
On October 22, 2017, Castaño was awarded regular world champion status by the WBA.
