Brian Edwin Ferme
Brian Edwin Ferme (born 1950 in Portsmouth ) is an English canonist .
Life
He was ordained a priest on February 2, 1980. He was Quondam Dean of the School of Canon Law at the Catholic University of America from 2003 to 2007 . He was President of the Faculty of Canon Law St. Pius X. and former Vice-President of the Foundation and Rector of the Studiums Generale Marcianum . On March 22, 2014, Pope Francis appointed him first prelate secretary of the Economic Secretariat .
