The house Briegelweg 1 is a building in Darmstadt .
History and description
The country house was built in 1911 and 1912 according to plans by the architect Karl Stief. One of the remarkable features of the two-storey house is the low mansard roof . Unusual details are also the round Belvedere on the mansard roof, the large two-storey dormer window on the south side, above the entrance with the semicircular portal arch and the terrace porch designed as an open semicircle .
Monument protection
For architectural and city-historical reasons, the country house is a listed building .
