Brienz-Surava was a municipality in the canton of Graubünden in Switzerland from 1869 to 1883 . It emerged from the merger of the municipalities of Brienz (GR) and Surava . The merger partners separated again after just 14 years. Since then, Brienz / Brinzauls and Surava have been independent political communities again .
