Brigitte Capune-Kitka

Brigitte Capune-Kitka (born May 25, 1953 in Düren ) is a German politician ( FDP ).

After graduating from high school in 1972, Capune-Kitka studied geography, German and art at the University of Education in Aachen from 1972 to 1975 . After completing her exams and internship, she worked as a stewardess for LTU from 1977 to 1980 . She has been working in school since 1980.

Capune-Kitka, a member of the FDP since 1987, was a member of the 13th state parliament of North Rhine-Westphalia from 2000 to 2005 . She moved into the state parliament at number 24 on her party's state list . She is chair of the FDP regional committee for culture and media.

She was a member of the Düren City Council from 1999 to 2009 and has been parliamentary group leader since 2004.
