Brigitte Take

Brigitte Take (born September 27, 1949 in Radegast ) is a German politician ( CDU ) and member of the state parliament of Saxony-Anhalt .

Life

Brigitte Take attended the Polytechnic Oberschule until 1964 and graduated from high school in 1968 with a skilled worker certificate as a company and transport railroader. She then studied at Martin Luther University between 1968 and 1972 . In 1972 Ms. Take was a qualified teacher for Russian and French at the “Friendship of Nations” school. Between 1972 and 1990 she worked as a foreign language teacher.

From 1990 to 2001 Ms. Take was an entrepreneur and managing director at the Take mobile dealership in Köthen . Between 2002 and 2006 she worked in Dr. Werner Sobetzko .

Brigitte Take was a member of the board of the City of Köthen Cultural, Sports and Social Foundation until 2004. From 2004 to 2006 and since 2009 she was / is a member of the board of trustees of this foundation. She is also a member of the Friends of the Evangelical Elementary School and the Ludwigsgymnasium. In addition, Ms. Take is a member of the Hahnemann-Lutze Association and deputy state chairwoman of the women's union.

Ms. Take is Catholic, widowed and has two children.

Brigitte Take has been a member of the Köthen City Council since 1999 . In 2001 she joined the CDU. From 2002 to 2006 and since 2009 she was / is CDU parliamentary group leader in the Köthen city council. Between 2004 and 2007 she was a member of the district council and from 2002 to 2007 deputy CDU district chairwoman. From 2002 to 2007 Ms. Take was a member of the city council. In addition, she is the political spokesperson for expellees and integration officer for the CDU parliamentary group.

In March 2006 Brigitte Take was elected to the state parliament of Saxony-Anhalt for the first time via constituency 22 ( Köthen ). There she is a member of the Committee for Economy and Labor. In the state elections in March 2011, she was able to repeat her election success.
