Brigitte Wohlmuth

Brigitte Wohlmuth (born July 18, 1945 ) is a former Austrian politician ( SPÖ ).

Brigitte Wohlmuth is married, has one child and lives in Mauthausen . It was a local council or substitute council from 1973 to 2008 and from 1991 to 2003 a member of the Upper Austrian state parliament . She devoted herself particularly to the main areas of women's and family policy .

Since 2007 she has been the honorary ring bearer of the market town of Mauthausen. In 2004 she was awarded the Golden Decoration of Honor of the Province of Upper Austria .

  • Member of the Education, Culture and Sport Committee, the Social Committee, the Petitions Committee and the Legal Clearing Committee of the Upper Austrian State Parliament as well as a substitute member in other committees
