The Bringefossen , also known as Gomsdalsfossen , is a waterfall in the Geirangerfjord in the Norwegian municipality of Stranda in the province of Møre og Romsdal .

It is located on the north side of the fjord and is formed by the Bringeelva mountain stream . It falls over a distance of about 460 meters over a height difference of 420 meters at an incline of 43 degrees into the fjord. The average width of the waterfall is 12 meters. The highest vertical fall is 70 meters.
