The house has a faceplate typical of the Harz region . The house is covered with a mansard hipped roof . In the second half of the 19th century it was converted into a spa pension. On the street side, the building was given a wooden veranda , which is decorated with tracery in the neo-Gothic style. As a further decoration, there are parapet grilles made of artificial casting, which were probably made in Mägdesprung .
The building was renovated at the beginning of the 21st century.
