Bror Lindh (born July 19, 1877 in Frykerud , † February 6, 1941 in Hynboholm ) was a Swedish painter.

Bror Lindh was born in 1877 as the son of a professional and decorative painter. He learned from his father and came into contact with the Fjæstad family at the end of the century . Encouraged by Gustaf Fjæstad, he applied for a place at the school of the Swedish Konstnärsförbundet , which was accepted in 1899. But he devoted himself more to happy student life than to painting, and after an unhappy love affair he returned to Värmland. There he continued his training under the guidance of Gustaf Fjæstad and became a member of the Rackengruppen artists ' colony . He shared Fjæstad's enthusiasm for snow-covered landscapes, but developed his own style with a lyrical-romantic range of colors. He was particularly inspired by the moon and northern light skies and their special lighting conditions.

In the 1920s he withdrew more and more and lived in isolation until his death in 1941.
