Broken Tower
The Bruchtorturm is one of the former seven city towers of the former city fortifications of Hattingen . He secured the break gate.
The upper tower floor was accessed from the inside of the city wall, the lower tower floor was accessible through a hatch in the floor and a ladder. It was partially canceled around 1820. The stump of the tower was hidden behind a Wilhelminian style house and was used as a tool shed. The house was later demolished. The now visible tower was repaired again.
The iron men stand in front of the tower today .
