Brother jesus. The Nazarenes from a Jewish perspective is a work by the German-Israeli journalist , religious scholar and holder of the Federal Cross of Merit, Shalom Ben-Chorin, published for the first time in 1967 . In thirteen chapters of the work, the author tries to approach the person Jesus from the perspective of Judaism , but also criticizes the works of other authors about Jesus, including the work The Hidden Years of Jesus by the French author Robert Aron , the contents of which are his opinion after literally created "out of nowhere". In his work, Ben-Chorin endeavors to present both sides of research on Jesus, the Christian on the one hand and the Jewish on the other.
