Construction and history
The Brunnersweg Bridge was built in 1882 and spans the Ruthsenbach . The brick sandstone bridge is part of an important historical connection between the city center and the Darmstadt Ostwald.
Monument protection
The single-bay bridge with sandstone railings on both sides was placed under monument protection as a typical example of the technology of the 1880s in Darmstadt .
