Career
Neumann belonged to two Königsberg clubs, for which he played as a goalkeeper in the final round of the German championship.
Due to the regional championship title, his club was also represented in the final round of the German championship . His debut on May 2, 1909 on the Königsberg Walter-Simon-Sportplatz against the BTuFC Viktoria 89 was considerably tarnished with the 1:12 defeat in the quarter-final .
In his second final round - playing for SV Prussia-Samland Königsberg - he played again on April 13, 1913 on the sports field on Rathausstrasse , the venue of the BTuFC Union 1892 against BTuFC Viktoria 89 and again in the quarter-finals and this time lost with 1: 6, with an own goal in the 30th minute when he scored 0: 2 .
