Bryan Olivera , full name Bryan Olivera Calvo , (born March 11, 1994 in Fort Lauderdale , USA ) is a Uruguayan football player .

Career

The 1.69 meter tall midfielder Olivera is the son of former soccer player Washington Olivera . He played for Deportivo Maldonado in Uruguay as a youth . In 2013 he moved to the youth team of the Italian first division club CFC Genoa . He was then from February 2014 to August 2015 in the ranks of the reserve team of Fluminense Rio de Janeiro . That month, the LA Galaxy second agent signed him on a one-season loan deal. In ten missions in the USL , he met there twice in the opposing goal. At the beginning of 2016, he returned to Fluminense. With the Brazilians he was part of the matchday squad in the game of the Primeria Liga against Criciuma in March , but ultimately did not play a competitive game. Another loan followed in April 2016. The receiving club this time was the Ottawa Fury . With the Canadians he played 19 personally goalless games in the NASL and ran in three encounters (no goal) of the Canadian Championship . Fluminense has been his employer again since mid-December 2016.
