King Bǔ Bǐng ( Chinese  卜 丙 , Pinyin Bǔ Bǐng ) of Shang, born as Zǐ Shèng ( 子 胜 ), ruled China for two years as the second or third king of the Shang dynasty . He was the second son of King Tang , Da Ding's younger brother, and Zhong Ren's older brother.

In the Records of the Grand Historian by Sima Qian , he is listed as the second king of the Shang Dynasty. His throne name was Wài Bǐng (外 丙). In the records of the oracle bones , however, he is listed as the third king with the throne name Bǔ Bǐng (卜 丙).
