Buddhapalita
Buddhapalita (* in the 5th century ; † in the 6th century ) was an important Indian philosopher of Mahayana Buddhism and commentator on the Madhyamaka philosophy of Nagarjuna and the works of Aryadeva . Buddhapalita is considered to be the founder of the Prasangika school of Buddhist philosophy, his best-known work is the Mulamadhyamaka-Vrtti -Buddhapalita ("Buddhapalita's Commentary on Mulamadhyamaka ").
