The Bulbur Glacier is a glacier in the south-central part of Thurston Island off the coast of West Antarctic Ellsworthland . It flows south along the west flank of the Boker Rocks into O'Dowd Cove .
The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named him after Edward R. Bulbur (* 1928), photographer of the Eastern Group in Operation Highjump (1946–1947) carried out by the United States Navy and involved in the creation of aerial photographs of Thurston Island and the surrounding area Involved in coastal areas of Antarctica .
