The Federal Services Act enables the so-called requesting authorities to use a large number of private facilities and services. The legal relationship is not canceled by the request, only the debtor is released to the obligee in his performance obligation for the duration of the request. This procurement also includes the Land Procurement Act and the Protection Area Act .
Compensation or compensation (not compensation ) is paid for the request .
To determine the requesting authorities, the Requesting Authorities and Consumer Ordinance (ABV) of June 12, 1989 ( Federal Law Gazette I p. 1088), authorized by the Federal Services Act, was issued.
