The castle Blank Moss is an Outbound castle on the first Schutter banks in Ichenheim , a modern district of the municipality Neuried in Ortenaukreis in Baden-Wuerttemberg .

The castle was mentioned in 1384 as "Blankenmose das hus" and was already considered destroyed in 1459. From 1365 to 1396 a Johann Truchseß von Blankenmoos is mentioned, who owned the castle as a fief of the Üsenberg family. In the 15th century the property was in the hands of the Wiedergrün von Staufenberg family.

Today there is only one field name "Blankenmoos" on old maps ( 48 ° 25 ′ 14 ″ N, 7 ° 51 ′ 9 ″ E )
