The castle Grosstadelhofen even Hildegardis Burg called, one is Outbound High Middle Spur castle ( Ringwallanlage ) south of Grosstadelhofen , a district of Pfullendorf in the district of Sigmaringen ( Baden-Wuerttemberg ).

The presumably on the "Schlossbühl" in spur location at 645  m above sea level. The castle complex located on the NHN was first mentioned in 1475 and today shows only small remains of ramparts and ditches on the field side and wall rubble.

According to legend, it is said to be the castle of Hildegard vom Linzgau (758–783), wife of Emperor Charlemagne , and therefore also called "Hildegardisburg". According to tradition, which was not written down until the 17th century, Hildegard awarded the church in Pfullendorf goods and the community in Stadelhofen a forest, the Efpan.
