The Moosburg is an Outbound lowland castle in Federseeried in Moosburg located 2250 meters northwest city of Bad Buchau in the district of Biberach in Baden-Württemberg .

In 1306 a castle is mentioned in a Habsburg land register (“There is a castle stable and a mat by the lake ”). In 1411 it is mentioned in a document as "Müsburg" and in 1496 as "Mospurg" (from Moos = moor). The Burgstall was sold to the Buchau Abbey in 1496 by a citizen of Buchau .

Remnants of the moat are still preserved from the former castle complex.
