The Castle Schermbeck , even surge to Schermbeck called, is a moated castle in the town of Schermbeck (Castle Road) in Wesel in North Rhine-Westphalia .

The moated castle was built around 1300 as a Klevische Landesburg and repeatedly destroyed, damaged and rebuilt and first mentioned in 1319. The castle is privately owned and is inhabited.
