Byôbu Nagaone ( Japanese び ょ う ぶ 長尾 根 Byōbu-nagaone , German ' Windwand ridge' ) is a 3 km long and over 200 m high mountain ridge in the East Antarctic Queen Maud Land . It rises on the southwestern foothills of the Belgica Mountains .
Japanese scientists took aerial photographs in 1976, carried out surveys between 1979 and 1980, and named it in 1981.
