Colonel Césario Ximenes Belo (2020)

Césario Ximenes Belo , fighting name Haksolok ( German  happy ), is an East Timorese soldier in the Defense Forces of East Timor . He currently has the rank of Colonel (as of 2020).

From 2016 to 2018, Belo served as a lieutenant colonel in command of the military police. Since July 15, 2019, he has been in command of the education and training center (component Sentru Formasaun no Treinu / Centro Formacão e Treino CFT) in Metinaro .
