CV Vigneswaran
Canagasabapathy Visuvalingam Vigneswaran ( Tamil க. வி. விக்னேஸ்வரன் ; born October 23, 1939 in Hultsdorf, Colombo ) is a Sri Lankan politician of the Tamil National Alliance . He has been Chief Minister ( Head of Government) of the Northern Province of Sri Lanka since October 7, 2013 .
