Comisión de Actividades Infantiles Comodoro Rivadavia , CAI for short , is an Argentine football club from Comodoro Rivadavia , Chubut . The club, founded in 1984, plays in the 2008 season in Nacional B , the second highest division in Argentine football.
history
The club was founded on January 1, 1984 as a sports club for children and young people; his name means "Commission for Activities for Children" in German. Since 1989 the decision was made to only run one football department. The club is the youngest club currently active in the top two Argentine soccer leagues. In addition, CAI is the highest ranked team from Patagonia .
The club's philosophy is mainly to give young players from their own youth department the opportunity to develop in professional football.
