CAMPUSonline
CAMPUSonline is the information management system for Austrian universities that has been developed at Graz University of Technology since 1998 and is continuously expanded. This university information system - campus management system - has also been used at other Austrian universities since 2004, and at universities abroad since 2008.
Range of functions
CAMPUSonline serves on the one hand to present all data from the respective university in the areas of teaching and research, whereby these are also available for anonymous users. On the other hand, it is used to process the data, since all members of the university (employees and students) have identified access to this system, as do applicants and alumni (support for the entire "student life cycle").
All data relevant to the administration of teaching and research are stored in a central database and are therefore "online" for all queries and processing processes. H. currently generated from the database - available.

CAMPUSonline is fully operational at 37 universities and colleges, and CAMPUSonline is currently being introduced at another. Users include staff, applicants, students and university graduates.
Awards
- 2003: EUNIS award for excellent performance in the implementation of information systems for universities.
- 2004: ECTS label for Graz University of Technology , awarded by the European Commission , due to the technical implementation in CAMPUSonline. This seal of quality guarantees the optimal recognition of study and examination achievements, which is crucial for the implementation of exchange programs.
- 2006: Diploma Supplement -Label for the University of Graz , also awarded by the European Commission , for the technical implementation according to the Bologna process (= harmonization of the European higher education system), also implemented in CAMPUSonline.
- 2010: "eGovernment Lion" of the Bavarian State Government for the Technical University of Munich for the application "Matriculation Online" in TUMonline / CAMPUSonline
