B-cell differentiation antigen CD72 is a surface protein from the group of cell adhesion molecules .

properties

CD72 is produced by pre-B cells and B cells , but not by differentiated plasma cells . It is involved in the cell proliferation of B cells. CD72 is glycosylated and phosphorylated .

CD72 binds to Semaphorin-4D .
