CEDEX (or C ourrier d' E ntreprise à D istribution EX ceptionnelle ) is a service of the French postal service that allows mail to be delivered to companies with high priority . Subscribers to this service generally receive a lot of mail or have special delivery needs.

A CEDEX address is made up of five digits, followed by the place name, followed by the word CEDEX . This code is followed by another identification number if there are several CEDEX distribution points in one location. Likewise, in cities with multiple arrondissements , the CEDEX code is followed by that of the arrondissement.
