COPP scheme

The COPP scheme is chemotherapy with the following drugs in the following dosage:

C yclophosphamid	650	mg / m²	iv	Day 1 + 8
Vincristine (= O ncovin ® )	1.4	mg / m²	iv	Day 1 + 8
P rocarbazine	100	mg / m²	po	Day 1-14
P redniso (lo) n	40	mg / m²	po	Day 1-14

(mg / m² = amount / body surface area per day)

Repeat every 28 days, i.e. H. Day 29 corresponds to day 1.

indication

The COPP scheme is in advanced T-cell and B-cell - lymphoma applied. It is also used under other therapy regimens as the disease progresses.
