Studies have shown that the combination with the monoclonal antibody r ituximab (MabThera ® ) as the R-CHOP protocol or R-CHOEP protocol has a positive effect on the prognosis. Rituximab is a monoclonal antibody against CD20-positive cells. When CD20 is a receptor on B-lymphocytes , which on the one hand by binding of the antibody ion channel opening for cell lysis on the other hand to complement leads.
