The CSV 2004 Tomis Constanta is a Romanian women's volleyball club from Constanta . The club was founded in 2004 and plays in the highest Romanian league. In 2011 and 2012 Tomis Constanţa was Romanian champion and 2011 Romanian cup winner. Internationally they reached the quarter-finals in 2009/10 and the second round in the CEV Cup in 2010/11 . In 2011/12 they were eliminated in the preliminary round of the Champions League . In 2012/13 Tomis Constanța appeared again in the Champions League .
