Volleyball Champions League 2011/12 (women)

The 2011/12 season of the Volleyball Champions League began on November 30, 2011 with the group stage. 20 teams from eleven nations took part in the competition. The teams of the Schweriner SC and Dresdner SC competed for Germany ; the Swiss representative was Voléro Zurich . Teams from Austria were not represented.

In the group stage there were five groups with four teams each. Each team competed at home and away against each of the three opponents. There were three points for a 3-0 or 3-1 win, two for a 3-2 win and one point for a 3-2 defeat. The three best teams in each group as well as the best group fourth qualified for the round of 16. There they determined four participants for the Final Four in two rounds, each with home and away games . The remaining fourth in the group played on in the CEV Cup .
