The 2009/10 season in the CEV Cup began with the first round on December 1, 2009 and ends with the final on March 21, 2010.

The competition is carried out in a knockout system . In the first round, as well as in the last sixteen and quarter-finals, there are two legs. The winners of the quarter-finals qualify for the Final Four .
