European Cup Winners' Cup 1980/81 (women)

The 1980/81 European Women's Cup Winners' Cup was the 9th edition of the competition, in which 18 volleyball club teams from 17 countries took part. Vasas Izzó Budapest from Hungary successfully defended his title in the European Cup Winners' Cup from last year.
