Caïman Douala (Le Caïman Akwa Club de Douala) is a Cameroonian football club from the city of Douala .

history

The club was founded in 1927, making it one of the oldest football clubs in Cameroon . He was three times Cameroonian champion and won the cup once.

Women's soccer

The women's football department Caïman filles de Douala rose in the 2009/2010 season for the first time to the Championnat de Football Féminin Elite One, founded in 2008. In the spring of 2013, Augustine Ejangue Siliki , a former participant of the UEFA Women's Champions League , won the title of the Championnat de Football Féminin Elite One for the first time in her third year of membership with a nine-point advantage over runner-up Lorema FC de Yaoundé.
