Calvin Kleemann (born January 31, 1993 in Dortmund ) is a German author, poet , performance artist and organizer .

life and work

Kleemann attended the Heisenberg High School in Dortmund and completed his Abitur there. Since 2009 he has been present as a poet on German reading stages , poetry slams , concerts and readings .

In 2011 he made his debut with his first volume of poetry, Lebenswerke , which was published by WFB-Verlag-Lübeck . In 2013 the successor Von Eiben und Linden appeared. After the publication of Von Eiben und Linden , Kleemann ended his collaboration with the publisher and published Die graue Flut as a self-publication in 2015 . Kleemann has been under contract with the Berlin publisher Periplaneta since 2016 , in which his volume of poetry The Funke is silent when fire dreams - The Stellaris cycle was published in 2017 .

Kleemann lives and works in Dortmund.
