Camp Claude is a French electro-pop music group . The formation consists of the American- French photographer and video artist Diane Sagnier, the Swede Leo Hellden and the Englishman Michael Giffts.

history

Before joining the formation Camp Claude, the two members Giffts and Hellden were in the band Tristesse Contemporaine . They met in 2013 while working on a video clip. The lead singer Diane Sagnier is also a photographer and video artist. While Sagnier sings, Hellden and Giffts work on the music and the sounds.

reception

Karoline Knappe says on Deutschlandfunk Kultur that the style of music is "based on playful sounds from the 80s and 90s - somewhere between rock, pop, cold wave and electro" .
