It is located in the west of the Canelones department in sector 3 . Campo Militar is located a few kilometers south of Aguas Corrientes and Santa Lucía , southwest of the department capital Canelones and northwest of Cerrillos . To the west of Campo Militar, the Arroyo del Juncal flows north.
