Cangin is a language group spoken by 200,000 people (2007) in Senegal and Gambia who are part of the Serer ethnic group. Cangin belongs to the northern group of West Atlantic languages from the Niger-Congo language family .
The Cangin languages are:
- Noon with around 30,000 speakers in Senegal
- Palor with about 10,000 speakers in Senegal
- Saafi with around 114,000 speakers in Senegal and Gambia
- Ndut with around 35,000 speakers in Senegal
- Laalaa with around 11,000 speakers in Senegal
