Canterra Tower (also: Devon Tower) is a tall office building in Calgary , Alberta , Canada . Located at 400 3rd Avenue South West, the building is 177 meters tall and has 45 floors. The building was completed in 1988 and designed by WZMH Architects in a postmodern style.
