Capo Zafferano
Capo Zafferano is a cape on the north coast of Sicily east of Palermo . It is located in the territory of the municipality of Santa Flavia in the metropolitan city of Palermo .
The Capo Zafferano is the eastern end of the Gulf of Palermo , the western end of which forms the Capo Gallo .
At the cape there is a now abandoned lighthouse . In front of the cape is a small island, the "Scoglio Formica".
