Captains Council

The Captains Council , also Kapteins Council , is the government of the unrecognized basters in the Rehoboth area in Namibia . He is headed by the captain of the Rehoboth Baster .

The Captains Council represents the national community between 2007 and the end of 2019 in the Unrepresented Nations and Peoples Organization .
