Carl Erlanger

Carl Erlanger (* 1820 ; † January 30, 1889 in Frankfurt am Main ) was a German exchange room and politician .

Erlanger, who was of Jewish faith, was a Wechselsenal (a stockbroker for bills of exchange ) in the Free City of Frankfurt . There he was also politically active and in 1862 was a substitute member of the legislative body of the Free City of Frankfurt.
