Carl Kockelkorn
Carl Kockelkorn (born November 26, 1843 in Cologne ; † July 16, 1914 there ) was a German chess composer . Together with Johannes Kohtz he founded the New German School of Chess Composition .

He published his compositions together with Johannes Kohtz. See under Kohtz and Kockelkorn .
In the very early years Kockelkorn called himself "Kannengießer" after his stepfather. Kockelkorn worked as a private teacher in Cologne.
