Carl Rudolph Waldeck

Carl Rudolph Waldeck (born September 27, 1807 in Pyrmont ; † June 21, 1861 there ) was a German innkeeper and politician .

Waldeck was the son of the assessor Ludwig Waldeck and his wife Caroline nee fighter. He married Sophie Wilhelmine Caroline Mundhenk on November 16, 1832 in Pyrmont. Waldeck was the innkeeper and owner of the hotel "Zur Stadt Bremen" in Pyrmont. In 1854 he was mayor of Pyrmont. He was director of the savings and loan fund.

After the March Revolution , he and Carl Ludwig Rumpf were one of the two delegates from the Principality of Pyrmont who were included in the constitutional deliberations of the Landtag of the Principality of Waldeck-Pyrmont . He was also a member of the state parliament from 1849 to 1851 (for the XV constituency), 1851 to 1852 (for the XIII constituency), 1852 to 1853 and 1860 to 1861 (for the constituency of Pyrmont).

He was also a member of the special state parliament for the Principality of Pyrmont from 1849 to 1861 . From 1849 to 1853 he was President of Parliament.
